Spanish for Tourism and Hospitality Professionals 


Course Description: This course is designed for those in the hospitality industry, focusing on guest interactions, tourism vocabulary, and cultural sensitivity. It includes role-plays, travel itinerary planning, and customer service scenarios. Learners will be able to provide excellent service to Spanish-speaking guests. 

Course Length: 20 hours (1 hour per module) 

Proficiency Level: Intermediate to Advanced Spanish proficiency 

Prerequisites: Basic Spanish proficiency and a basic understanding of tourism and hospitality concepts
