Advancing Workforce Development, Education, and Humanitarian Partnerships to Support Ukraine’s Recovery.

AC Global Learning and AC Language School today announced their participation in the international forum “Rebuilding Ukraine: Security, Opportunities, Investment,” held October 22–23, 2026, at the ROMEXPO Exhibition Center in Bucharest. The organization received a special invitation from its industry partner, the Romanian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCIR), which co-organizes the event with the New Strategy Center.
Representing AC Global Learning and AC Language School are Dr. Elias Alonzo, Ed.D., Executive Director; Yasmin Hani; and Enrique Mongelos. The delegation is focused on addressing critical workforce development needs essential to Ukraine’s reconstruction while advancing a genuine humanitarian initiative that supports recovery, skills-building, and long-term resilience across the region.

The forum brings together government representatives, business leaders, investors, and experts from Romania, Ukraine, Moldova, and beyond to explore infrastructure, energy, cross-border cooperation, financing, and human capital development. AC’s participation emphasizes practical, scalable education and training solutions—particularly in language, vocational skills, and industry certifications—that can help rebuild capacity in affected communities and neighboring countries.

By equipping people with skills, language proficiency, and pathways to employment, we help restore dignity, stability, and hope. Our work extends beyond the forum to meaningful engagement in Moldova and direct dialogue with governmental representatives to turn discussions into tangible partnerships.”

Following the Bucharest sessions, the AC team will continue its mission through meetings in Moldova and with governmental stakeholders. These discussions aim to expand collaborative programs that support language education, professional training, and capacity-building initiatives aligned with regional recovery priorities.
