Description: Participants will learn philosophy, psychology, and physiology of working with youth in sports programs, as well as working with families, referees, and other sport participants. Â
Benefit of Certification: Being a credentialed Youth Sports Coach will provide the participant with the knowledge and confidence to working with youth athletes and their families.   Â

Assessment: Participants will design a Youth Sports Management Plan including an introduction, Policies and Procedures, through to the final meeting with players. Â
