Description: This course will explore the basic principles and techniques in research, composition, organization and delivery of speeches for various purposes. The course concentrates on practical experience in developing speaking and listening abilities to enable the student to communicate orally in clear, coherent language appropriate to the purpose, occasion, and audience. The techniques taught in this course will make any presentation more dynamic, fire up any team, and give anyone the confidence to overcome their fear of public speaking.
